Criz M Kid 2.5mg/4mg Tablet is used in the treatment of sneezing and runny nose due to allergies.
Side Effects of Criz M are Nausea, Diarrhoea, Vomiting, Dryness in mouth, Headache, Skin rash, Flu-like symptoms, Fatigue, Sleepiness.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Criz M Kid 2.5mg/4mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Criz M Kid 2.5mg/4mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Levocetirizine and Montelukast which relieve sneezing and runny nose due to allergies. Levocetirizine is an antiallergic which blocks a chemical messenger (histamine) responsible for runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Montelukast is a leukotriene antagonist. It works by blocking another chemical messenger (leukotriene). This reduces inflammation (swelling) in the airways and nose, and improves symptoms.

- Do not drink alcohol while taking Criz M Kid 2.5mg/4mg Tablet as it may cause increased sleepiness.
- Dry mouth may occur as a side effect. Frequent mouth rinses, good oral hygiene, increased water intake and sugarless candy may help.
- Stop taking Criz M Kid 2.5mg/4mg Tablet at least three days before taking an allergy test as it can affect the test results.

Get extra rest, drink plenty of fluids, avoid exposure to cold. Steam inhalation & warm saline gargles twice daily. Avoid crowded place Take healthy diet to boost your immunity comprising proteins, vitamins particularly vit c (citrus fruits). Wash hands frequently, especially after blowing your nose or before handling food. If you have nasal congestion, use salt-water drops (1/2 teaspoon of salt to 1 cup of warm water) or Otrovin nasal drop.
