How Cpn Eye Drop works
Cpn Eye Drop is a combination of six medicines: Naphazoline, Chlorpheniramine Maleate, Phenylephrine, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Menthol and Camphor. Naphazoline and Phenylephrine are decongestants which work by narrowing blood vessels of the eye to relieve inflammation (redness and swelling). Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antiallergic which blocks the action of certain chemical messengers responsible for red, itchy, teary eyes. Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose is a lubricating formulation similar to natural tears. It provides temporary relief from burning and discomfort. Menthol and Camphor provide a cooling effect to the eye.

- It should usually be used twice a day (in the morning and the evening). If your symptoms are particularly severe, your doctor may suggest you use them up to four times a day.
- In case the dropper tip gets contaminated, squeeze out two or three drops straightaway onto some tissue and rinse the tip with saltwater.
- After applying Cpn Eye Drop, close your eyes, and place one finger at the corner of your eye. Apply gentle pressure for 1 to 2 minutes before opening your eyes. This will prevent the medication from draining out. Try not to blink or rub your eye.
