Medicine Overview of Coflam Tablet
Coflam MR 400mg/325mg/250mg Tablet is used in pain due to muscle spasm.
Nausea, Indigestion, Stomach pain, Weakness, Dizziness, Sleepiness, Heartburn.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Coflam MR 400mg/325mg/250mg Tablet is to be taken with food.
Taking it with food or milk helps to avoid stomach upset.
Coflam MR 400mg/325mg/250mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Ibuprofen, Paracetamol / Acetaminophen and Chlorzoxazone which relieve pain and relax the muscles. Ibuprofen is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol / Acetaminophen is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Chlorzoxazone is a muscle relaxant. It works on the centres in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and to improve pain and movement of muscles.
