Cofaid D Syrup Sugar Free also narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. It can be taken with or without food, preferably at a fixed time. Take this medicine in the dose and duration advised by the doctor. In case you miss a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as you remember. But, never take a double dose to make up for the missed one. It is beneficial to have plenty of fluids while taking this medication. If you are suffering from any lung, liver or kidney disease, inform your doctor before you start taking this medicine.

How Cofaid D Syrup works

Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing.
