CMC Gel Eye Drop

Product introduction

CMC Gel Eye Drop is an eye lubricant or artificial tears used to relieve dry eyes. This can happen because not enough tears are made to keep the eye lubricated. It helps to soothe the irritation and burning seen in dry eyes by maintaining proper lubrication of the eyes.

CMC Gel Eye Drop is usually taken when needed. Use the number of drops as advised by your doctor. Wait for at least 5-10 minutes before delivering any other medication in the same eye to avoid dilution. Do not use a bottle if the seal is broken before you open it. Always wash your hands and do not touch the end of the dropper. This could infect your eye. This medicine may require long-term use and can be taken safely for as long as you need it.

The most common side effects of using this medicine are blurred or altered vision, redness or irritation and sometimes pain in the eye. Let your doctor know if you experience these symptoms but they are usually temporary. Do not drive, use machinery, or do any activity that requires clear vision until you are sure you can do it safely. Consult your doctor if your condition does not improve or if the side effects bother you.

This medicine is not likely to affect or be affected by other medicines you use but tell your doctor if you have ever had glaucoma. Do not use it while wearing soft contact lenses and talk to your doctor if you develop an eye infection while using it.

Greetings Respected Doctors I am a Male, Age: 39 Diagnosed for type 2 diabetics, 3 years ago Height: 5?3 Weight 72kgs BMI: 28.9 Have been through various oral diabetic medication but not successful in bring the sugar number to the normal ranges (off and on yes) I was prescribed ?Novomix 30? pre breakfast and pre dinner (30 units) after daily checking of sugar level at home on daily basis, I feel that this combination is not working for me. I have asked my doctor to change my insulin regime to MDI as I have been diagnosed at 37years, I wanted to cut oral meds and go on the insulin therapy as for the long run and give me a tight control over my sugar levels. (The doctor said no and has given me very expensive tablets) In my profession as a stock broker I have to be seated almost 90% of my work time. I am a pre vegetarian, take low card food and have an hour of walking in the mornings. I followed the pattern of insulin regime what my cousin does, tried ?novo rapid? pre meals and ?Lantus? at bed time. Had good results and control. My HB1ac from 11.6 dropped to 9.2 in 2 months My question to experts 1. Is it safe too continue this MDI because I don?t want to continue tablets. 2. Due to ?high cost? reasons what are the substitutes that I use instead of Lantus and novorapid. 3. Heard about ?Actrapid HM? can it be substituted for ?Novorapid? Kindly let me know the options (I have explained to my doctor about my concerns and he does not want to take cognizance of my issues) PATIENT (Chennai)
