I am facing one issue whenever i sleep at night after i woken up i see dry lips and small fungal type infection on my cheeks near my lips. I know it's because of saliva. I have done some test and found in the report gram positive cocci which is bacteria in my saliva i took my antibiotics like zifi 200 and then cedon 200 dt but nothing happened even i used some homeopathic course for 2 months then ayurvedic treatment also but still its same plz tell me some medicine or treatment.
