Brutex G 100 mg/2.5 mg/8 mg Syrup is used in the treatment of cough with mucus. It thins mucus in the nose, windpipe, and lungs, making it easier to cough out. It also provides relief from a runny nose, sneezing, itching, and watery eyes.


Brutex G 100 mg/2.5 mg/8 mg Syrup is taken with or without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. It works by relaxing the muscles in the airways and widening them. Bromhexine is a mucolytic that thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Together, they make breathing easier.
