How to use Aziwok Oral Suspension

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Aziwok 100 Liquid may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How Aziwok Oral Suspension works

Aziwok 100 Liquid is an antibiotic. It works by preventing synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Thus, it stops the bacteria from growing, and prevents the infection from spreading.

Aziwok 100 Liquid is probably safe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effect on the fetus, however, there are limited human studies. Please consult your doctor.
Lactation
SAFE
Aziwok 100 Liquid is safe to use during lactation. Human studies have shown that either the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in significant amount or is not expected to cause toxicity to the baby.
There may be a possibility of diarrhea or rash in the baby.
Driving

Aziwok 100 Liquid does not usually affect your ability to drive.
Kidney
Aziwok 100 Liquid should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Aziwok 100 Liquid may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

What if you miss a dose of Aziwok Oral Suspension?

If you miss a dose of Aziwok 100 Liquid, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

  • Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Stopping it early may make the infection to come back and harder to treat.
  • Take it 1 hour before or two hours after food.
  • Do not take antacids 2 hours before or after taking Aziwok 100 Liquid.
  • Diarrhea may occur as a side effect but should stop when your course is complete. Inform your doctor if it doesn't stop or if you find blood in your stools.
  • Stop taking Aziwok 100 Liquid and inform your doctor immediately if you develop an itchy rash, swelling of the face, throat or tongue or breathing difficulties while taking it.

Having fever for two days @103 F doctor prescribed Ibugesic & Aziwok liquid 100 . But fever persists. I also give Fabrex 5 ml in night. & Ibugesic plus in morning. Now fever is gone but. You can apply pure ghee to oral lesions and if child is comfortable just observe for some periodwithout seeing rash you can not advise proper treatment
