Aclomore 100 mg/500 mg/15 mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Aceclofenac, Paracetamol / Acetaminophen and Serratiopeptidase which relieve pain. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol / Acetaminophen is an antipyretic (fever reducer).
