I have been visiting magna since the past 3 years for treatment related to autonomic failure,a debilitating neurodegenerative disorder,I cant thank Dr. R Santosh enough for handling the issues pertaining to my disease so well.Since its a rare disease,not many doctors are aware of it,and he is my goto doctor for most of my issues.He is extremely patient and very approachable.Even when I am unable to consult him #Magna,he ensures to reply to all of my queries via mail. He is godsend for me.Another remarkable thing about him is that he never seems to be in a hurry while seeing patients and gives ample time to everyone which is rare in todays world.He explains all the issues in laymans language and gives all the treatment options for the disease the patient is suffering from.He never orders unnecessary tests and is very knowledgeable in his field of endocrinology and has pretty good awareness of other fields too.The entire staff #Magna is very friendly.
