Toothache is mostly related to infection. Clear the infection then pain is gone. Sensitivity is because of enamel loss. Get ur case properly evaluated whether u have pain, sensitivity or both by ur dentist

Toothache is can't treat permanent by medicine u need proper treatment. So it better to do a permanent treatment before it worsen the conditions. Its not like fever which can treat by medicine.

Bleeding gums are sign of payorrea. U need scaling for bleeding gums. And toothache is present than u have cavity. So visit to ur dentist to treat that pain.
