i have been a patient of OCD for some years nowand medication is still going on by which some things have been better but i still cant concentrate on my studies the thoughts of previous incidences repeat in my mind not able to focus on my course and not able to remember most of the things i study for hours but the output is same getting back in different subjects i do get disturbed easily get annoyed easily i have searched on internet about this as this suppose to be obsessive ruminations but i have only 1 chance left for clearing my back so please help me sir/mam please please help me sir /mam i am taking medicines namely floxiwave and amijoy for years now also not able to talk to my parents about this please

I have been in a state of mental disorder for last 6 years. Before this I was a diligent student. When I try doing my studies some kind of irrelevant questions come across me. If I ignore those questions, I am surrounded by negativity. After being remain in this state for a few minutes I get severely depressed and my brain stops working. It takes 1-2 days to get into normal the normal state . Kindly suggest me what should I do
