Sir in octover month i gave a lot of difficulty in breathing after typhoid and i hve gone for tedt the doctor told that i have water in lungs akt3 i am using sinnce 6months ihave shiwn to general doctor yesterday doctor told to continue the medicine for one month more is it curable completely please can i take her to lungs specialist please kindly give ne suggestion

Please visit a chest specialist near you . Akt3 is meant for tb treatment and must be goven fir atleast 6 months but can be extended according treating doctor

He is suffering from Lungs problem Actually he's a smoker & Diabetic. Before 2 week his left lung was collapsed and left lung got shrink . Doctor had done chest tube & after he got pneumonitis doctor has starting Antibiotic(Tazomac 4.5gm TDS +linezolid 600 BD) with Nebulizer of Foracort & Duolin + Doxyphillin 400 tab.TDS Doctor gave this treatment for 10 day after . After this CBC was Normal. but chest tube Bag was bubbling . Doctor remove chest tube becoz the Bag was looking normal But after three Days lungs collapse and Again Doctor Is doing same process . I am attaching report (CECT, Sputum complete Examination , CBC ,Blood culture etc.) with this. Please guide me the Better way to improve. What shoul we do.

Patient has Pneumothorax with pleural effusion and mild pericardial effusion. there are cavitation in lungs. cause could be Tuberculosis, Malignancy, fungal infection most likely. You need to consult a Doctor specialising in respiratory diseases.

Akt3 is TB medicine . Treatment duration is minimum 6 months . It can be continued for extra duration depending on response

Skin infections start from stomach and spreading dowanwards I.e in sex organ and not under our control and also consultant no of skin specialist which are giving fluconazole 150 ,LCZ Tab candid total ointment but no effect of these medicine

Have too much fungal infection in my leg. My family doctor suggest creame triben C, Zocom powder and Zocom 150 tab once in week for 4 week. But only feel some relaxation for few days and after some days back to same situation come back. I m looking for specialist near my area

Tab Augmentin Duo 625 mg twice to thrice daily (depending upon body weight ) for 5 days. Fucidin cream for application three times daily. Tab zinase D twice daily after meal. Tab. Voveran SR ( if require in case of pain.)

extrapulmonary TB is TB outside lungs eg lymph nodes in neck. treatment is same as tb elsewhere in body
