Physical activity is an essential part of diabetes care: 1) Encourage your child to get regular physical activity. 2) You could sign up for a sports team or dance lessons or else exercise together. 3) Play catch in the backyard or walk or run through your neighborhood. 4) Take your child for swimming classes. 5) Remember that physical activity usually lowers blood sugar, and it can affect blood sugar levels for up to 12 hours after exercise. 6) You might need to adjust your child’s meal plan or insulin doses to compensate for the increased activity as advised by your doctor.
The information given above is for Type 1 Diabetes which is the active ingredient of Type 1 Diabetes.

Yes, pimples or acne are very common in young children or teenagers. This may be because of hormonal changes especially androgen or male hormone that raises during puberty. Androgen excess leads to stimulation of oil producing glands on skin followed by growth of bacteria leading to pimples.

Monitor temp. If child has fever place a cool, damp washcloth on your child's forehead , Give your child a lukewarm tub bath or a sponge bath. Give a sponge bath as follows:- ? Use lukewarm water [90?F (32.2?C) to 95?F (35?C)] . Do not use cold water, ice, or rubbing alcohol, which will lower the child's body temperature too quickly. ? Sponge for 20 to 30 minutes. ? Stop if the child starts to shiver. If your child doesn't like the sponge bath or doesn't feel better after the bath, there is no need to give another one. You can use Paracetamol also along with above measures to control fever till you consult Dr.
