I am putting on weight and I feel swelling in my face as well as the entire body. I am having heaviness in my both legs, pain in muscles and lower back. I usually feel tired all around day. Dear PATIENT from 1mg. Most of the reports which you have shared are normal, except your vitamin D level is low, for this you should take calcirol sachet in milk once a week for at least 6 weeks. Your vitamin B12 level is low,for this you should take tablet meocfol OD once a day for at least 2 months. Your hemoglobin level is low, which may be due to iron deficiency anemia. For this, you can have a diet rich in green leafy vegetables, fruits, jaggerye tc.
