Is it good to eat fish in acne?

This might sound strange but fish help in clearing acne and pimples. Fish is an excellent source of omega 3 fatty acids and omega 6 fatty acids. These fatty acids help in reducing inflammation which in turn prevents clogging of pores which leads to acne. Fish like salmon, mackerel are great to reduce acne as well as skin blemishes. Have fish one to two times in a week. It is best to opt for grilled or boiled to get the maximum benefits.
