. Make sure you do weight training. Increase proteins in diet. Have Channas/ Paneer 100-150 grams. Milk and Milk products/ Nuts in your diet. Include food like Channa / peanuts + Jaggery as in-between snack. For Diet visit dietitianshamika.com
