My digestive system and liver is so weak i m experiancing stomach bloating since 10 months my diet is not very heavy my daily routine is 6:00 am 1 glass water 1 neem oil capsule 6:30 am 2 jiva skin fit capsule with water 7:10 am 1 cup coffee 8:00 1 glass water 9:00 2 eggs or grilled sandwich or alloo pratha 9:30 1 cup black tea without sugar 10:30 1 glass water 11:00 1 black tea 12:00 1 glass water 1:00 pm lunch( 1 roti, small amount rice, daal,sabji), Fennel seeds 5:00 pm 1 glass water 10:00 dinner ( rice,roti,sabji) 11:00 milk without sugar
For constipation i m taking jiva trifala tablets
Plz suggest me a gud diet to avoid stomach bloating
I feel bloating at every time every second of day dont know why
I got a treatment for abdomen tuberculosis in march 2015 my digestive sustem was so weak during treatment

Even after eating papaya

eat 6-7 meals per day, which consist fruits, nuts, buttermilk,sprouts,idly,curd eggs,sprouts homecooked food. Drink 3-4 litters of water limit your sugar consumption to 2 spoon per day.
