kindly get an x-ray of both knee joint done in STANDING POSITION & consult a nearby orthopaedic surgeon for further management. Meanwhile take protein rich diet Tab Limcee 1 tab daily. Sachet D-SOL 1 sachet per week with milk for 3 months. Tab shelcal-500, 1 tab daily for 1 month. Do Quadriceps strengthening exercises twice daily. consult a physiotherapist or search online for the method
