Inability to concentrate can be because of stress, anxiety, boredom, preoccupation with a bothersome thought or Attention Deficit Disorders. Identifying the cause helps us deal with the problem. In the mean time, make a time schedule for the day. Include regular exercise and stress reducing activities like sports or a hobby. Make small goals and reward yourself for completing them. For students- Make a realistic schedule based on your speed and ability. Revise within twenty four hours of studying a topic. If you can't study alone, find a study partner.
