Is lecithin soy?

Dear Doctor, I am severely addicted to alprazolam,does it has anything to do with nerve pain/damage.as off lately I am experiencing nerve pain in my arms and wrist.if so please suggest me a medicine for the pain.

I am getting headache freequently and the pain passes through my neck to left arm and hand , I dont have how to get releif from this pain.

I'm probably depressed. I feel like i will die. I have gone through almost all the checkups and couldn't find any problem. And when that feeling of dying starts my legs also starts paining and it's of a different kind, like something is being taken out from my legs. I used to take rivotril .50 , pari cr 12.5 and quintex. But now when i take pari cr i feel like vomating all the times and it goes on to 5-6 days.
