I am suffering from continuous hissing sound in my head and ears. It feels like pulsating fine hissing sound a kind of tinnitus which mainely feels in the ears. I get relief if i get good sleep. Also it increases normally every alternate days. There is little swelling near collar bone in the neck but no pain. It also goes off If I sleep in straight position but increases if i sleep on sides. Overall I am a healthy person having normal BP and blood sugar. Hypothyroidism since last 10 years and taking Thyronorm 75 mcg right now. Please suggest some remedy to get rid of this sound. Thanks in advance.
