I am experiencing Severe anxiety through out my life.I am diagnosed having OCD and taking Fluoxetine 20mg daily for 6 years. My doctor also prescribed me Alprazolam 0.5mg SR, and Propanolol 40 for Anxiety. Now the doctor is saying to stop medicines, if i stop or reduce dosage the anxiety is coming again. What can i do ?

We understand your concern. My advice would be increasing Fluoxetine and reducing alprazolam
As Alprazolam is addictive
Once you are stable in Fluoxetine than further we can try to reduce medications
