I am a college student. And i seriously want to reduce my weight. But when i come home after college, their is no strength and stamina will be left in my body. In my diet, i take a cup of tea in morning with biscuits and then i directly do my lunch at 1:30 pm then i will come at home on 6:00 pm and take another cup of tea and some snacks. At 9:00 pm, i do my dinner and also i take one glass of milk daily before go to bed. I want your opinion to reduce my weight and maintain my body.

eat 6-7 meals per day, which consist fruits, nuts, buttermilk, homecooked food. Drink 3-4 litters of water limit your sugar consumption to 2 spoon per day.
