Take iron rich diet
Almost all non-veg items are rich source of iron like poultry, meat etc, milk is a poor source of iron also it stops the absorption of iron so don't take milk with iron containing food or supplement, maintain a gap of 4 hours at least take citrus fruits like lemon and amla along with iron rich foods in veg, main sources are green leafy vegetables like cooked spinach, peas, strawberries, raisins dried peaches & tomatoes apricots, oats, pinto beans, soya beans etc
