Dear PATIENT from 1mg. Your reports suggests the follwoing things: 1. Your vitamin d level is low, for this you can take calcirol sachet in milk once a week for at least 6 weeks. Your cholesterol level is high, for this you should make healthy diet and lifestyle related changes like have a diet rich in more vegetables and proteins. Avoid fried fatty and processed foods. Drink plenty of water. Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day for at least 5 days in a week. Rest of the reports are normal and does not have much clinical significance.
