it not very high u can control by exercise & diet
40 minutes of exercise in morning ( 20 minutes of running and 20 minutes of aerobics)
in night after 30 minutes of dinner walk for 20 minutes
less oily food and no non vegetarian in night for dinner
eat more fibrous fruits and vegetables in night , or in lunch
make a habit of eating 1 fruit in morning either apple or orange or guava and also take sprouts in morning
avoid beer or alcohol if u take , quit smoking if u do so
