Hello sir m a ca student so in whole day at present my work is limited to only study fooding(hostel food) sleeping . In last year a fit one due to waliking for cochng and all things but now am so fatty and fat is only to front stomach side not on left side or right side only in front and thies become too fatty sit plz suggest how to reduce this fat
Hello sir m a ca student so in a whole day at present my work is limited to only study fooding(hostel food) sleeping . In last year am a person who is in fit category not so fatty and nor thin it was only due to waliking for cochng and all things ( as i think ) but now am so fatty and fat is only on front stomach side not on left side or right side only in front and thies become too fatty sir plz suggest how to reduce this fat ???

eat 6-7 meals per day, which consist fruits, nuts, buttermilk,sprouts,idly,curd eggs,sprouts and hostel food. Drink 3-4 litters of water limit your sugar consumption to 2 spoon per day. Be active whole day do minimum 45 min exercise everyday like yoga, cardio, weight training
