Hello doctor i have thallasemia major since birth and due to iron overload of repetitive blood transfusions from this disease i was diagnosed with diabetes 2 yrs. ago
Now my query is can i control my sugar by controlling iron/ferritin?

No you have to take insulin or Oral hypoglycemic agents for it
