Every day morning at wake up time, i am having itching in my nose. So i use to rub the nose and making sounds with mouth for 20 to 25 times and breathing loudly with mouth. then the itching sensation will stop. after 2 minits start sneezing 20 times approx. then the problem is okay. again next day morning same situation. I use to take Levocetrizine 5 mg tablets at night time before sleep. When i take above tablet, next day morning is okay, otherwise the problem is repeating. please suggest me.
