Scrub your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer (with at least 60% alcohol).<\/li>\n<li><strong>COVER:<\/strong> Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze and discard the used tissue.<\/li>\n<li><strong>CONTACT:<\/strong> Avoid over crowded places and direct contact with swine flu patients. If you feel sick, stay away from work\/school and limit contact with others.<\/li>\n<li><strong>VACCINATION:<\/strong> Swine flu can be prevented by a vaccine (example: Vaxigrip) given yearly before the onset of winter season.
