Get a daily dose of exercise or meditation:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Adjust yourself to this new normal and ensure to devote at least 30 minutes to some sort of activity such as stretching, walking on rooftops\/ balconies, yoga or skipping.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Don\u2019ts<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b style=\"font-family: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">1. Seek information updates at specific times during the day, only to know what steps will protect you and your loved ones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b style=\"font-family: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">3. Do not stigmatize people: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Staying quarantined for 14 days is not a punishment. It\u2019s an act of self-realization and social responsibility. Respect such people. Also, not everyone who is coughing has coronavirus. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b style=\"font-family: inherit; font-style: inherit;\">4.
