Oats are also a good source of protein and the fiber that keeps you feeling full for long. YOGURT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yogurt is probiotic in nature, it is great for the gut and it is easy on the calories. Having a bowl of unsweetened yogurt with oats or cucumber or tomatoes after dinner ensures <a href=\"https:\/\/www.1mg.com\/articles\/6-ayurvedic-home-remedies-to-improve-your-digestion\/\">good digestion<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3 . Add half a banana to your breakfast cereal or have it as an afternoon snack.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5 . VEGGIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vegetables like lettuce, kale, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower and spinach are low in calories but are rich sources of iron, calcium, vitamins, minerals and fibres. RAJMA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The high content of protein and fiber in rajma (kidney beans) gives us the feeling of being full without the consumption of fats or sugar.
