Monsoon often leads to increased bloating and gas, leaving you feeling uneasy after meals. Here are 5 simple yoga poses that can help you beat bloating.

Sit on your knees with toes touching, now lean forward, touching your forehead to the ground. This easy yoga position relieves bloating and helps release trapped gas by applying pressure to the abdomen.

Child's Pose

Lie down on your back, knees bent, and lift your hips upward and hold for ten to fifteen seconds. This exercise reduces gas and improves abdominal circulation.

Bridge Pose

Start on hands and knees. Inhale, arching your back (cow), then exhale, rounding your spine (cat). Repeat 6-8 times to massage the organs and release trapped gas.

Cat Cow Pose
