In the hustle-bustle of modern life, it sometimes becomes hard to draw a line between work and life. But this is what your mental health needs. Here are some helpful ways to find work-life balance.

Although it can be tempting to take on every duty, burnout can occur fast as a result of overcommitment. When your plate is already full, learn to politely decline new assignments or putting in extra hours.

Establish boundaries between your work and personal life. This means having a defined start and end time for your workday, if possible avoid taking unimportant calls or emails after hours.
