Vitamin E is a group of fat-soluble antioxidants (tocopherols, tocotrienols) that provide protection from free radical damage, and helps with barrier function.

Vitamin E may enhance hydration, increase microcirculation, decrease pigmentation, and reduce fine lines—all of which could make the under-eye area look brighter.

Use a couple drops of pure Vitamin E oil or Vitamin E obtained from a capsule before going to bed—gently pat (not rub)—and always patch test first.

Vitamin E may provide moisture, antioxidant support, & mild brightening to the skin under our eyes but it does not have a lot of supporting clinical evidence. It is best used gently before bedtime—also, along with good sleep, sun protection & life-style health habits. Track your skin's response & don't consider it to be the only option.
