Touching your eyes with unwashed hands spreads germs, increasing infection risk. Always wash your hands before touching your eyes.

Rubbing your eyes can push dust or debris deeper, causing tiny scratches on your cornea. This may lead to redness, irritation, and light sensitivity.

-Use a clean tissue or saline  drops. -Gently press your eyes  without rubbing. -Wash your hands regularly  to prevent irritation.
