Halitosis (Bad Breath) typically begins between teeth. The reason is trapped debris and bacteria. Flossing is the easiest way to alleviate odour-filled debris and breathe freshly.

Use a good length of floss (around 18 inches), wind it around your tooth in the shape of a "C", and gently move up and down. Do NOT saw or force it!

Don't skip days, don't rush through the flossing, or reuse the floss. You need to be gentle but thorough.
