Here’s how to recognize the signs, and support your liver.

The liver filters toxins, metabolizes fats, and aids digestion. When the liver is overwhelmed, it easily falls behind, leading to feelings of heaviness after meals, indigestion, or fatigue.

Feeling full after just a few bites or getting gassy after meals? A sluggish liver may be to blame.

Do you notice a wave of sleepiness after lunch, or after dinner? A sluggish liver could be overloaded and unable to convert calories and nutrients into energy.
