It is not always about the weather. Your body could be signaling something deeper.

Feeling cold occasionally is fine.But if you are freezing while others feel comfortable, it could mean something more.

When your body has fewer red blood cells, it cannot carry enough oxygen. This can lead to tiredness, pale skin, a fast heartbeat, and feeling cold all the time.

A slow thyroid can lower your metabolism and body temperature. Other signs include weight gain, dry skin, tiredness, and thinning hair.

Conditions like Raynaud’s disease or blood vessel blockages can restrict flow. Cold fingers or toes, numbness, or a bluish tint are warning signs.
