Avoid oily, spicy food that creates heat prone to indigestion and slows you down. Sawan calls for light meals, that are gut friendly.

Chips, biscuits and fried pakoras are much more tempting but induce bloating and lethargy. Best to replace with nuts, fruits, and roasted makhana for a lighter snack.
