The term refers to a child or children receiving funding/gifts/assistance from six adults in their world - both parents and four grandparents will allow extra excess pampering or entitlement.

The term has become evident with recent news cycles, especially in reference to the KBC episode - where a child's confidence was read as arrogance, showcasing the new modern parenting model and Six Pocket Syndrome.

Many new nuclear families or those in an urban environment, the child grows up being the center of the affection from 2 working parents, then the grandparents join in sharing first grandchildren , each wanting to give the child the best thing available.
