You don't have to have those Monday blues. Secret? A powerful Warrior yoga pose that sets the tone for the week.

The Monday Mantra

Begin with Veerabhadrasana I & II. These poses fire up the legs, core, and focus, perfect for grounding your energy.

Warrior I & II – The Foundation

Next up: Viparita Virabhadrasana (Reverse Warrior) and Utthita Parsvakonasana (Extended Side Angle Pose). They stretch, strengthen, and awaken the body like nothing else.

Reverse Warrior & Side Angle

Followed by Baddha Utthita Parsvakonasana (Bound Extended Side Angle) and two sets of Parivrtta Parsvakonasana (Revolved Side Angle Pose) for balance and boosting digestion, activating the inner strength.
