Uneven skin tone is one of the most common skin concerns, often caused by sun exposure, pollution, hormonal changes, acne scars, or even just dehydration.

Cleanse your skin twice a day to remove dirt, oil, and pollutants , without stripping away natural moisture. This helps create a clean base for your skincare to work effectively.

Start with a Gentle Cleanser

Use a hydrating toner or rose water to balance your skin’s pH and calm any irritation. It preps your skin and boosts absorption of serums.

Mild exfoliation (1–2 times per week) removes dead skin cells and promotes cell turnover. Avoid harsh scrubs, they can worsen pigmentation.

The #1 rule: SPF every day, even indoors. UV exposure is a major cause of uneven skin tone. Use at least SPF 30 and reapply when needed.

Don’t Skip Sunscreen

Stay hydrated, eat foods rich in antioxidants (like berries, citrus, nuts), and get enough rest. Your skin mirrors your internal health.
