You're not alone. Eye Yoga provides natural, simple relief that allows you to relax your eye muscles and regain focus in just minutes.

Eye Yoga provides a workout for your eye muscles, increase eye circulation, and decreases the effects of screen fatigue. If done regularly, Eye Yoga has been shown to decrease the impact of headaches, decrease dryness, and that's just a couple advantages to consider.

Rub your palms together and place them gently over your eyes. Your warmth will relax your eye muscles. Take few deep breaths for 1-2 minutes to let your tired eyes relax.

Get comfortable. Roll your eyes clockwise 5 times and then counterclockwise 5 times. This helps with the overall flexibility and blood circulation to the tissues around your eye. Eye rolling is fantastic after back-to-back meetings.

Get your thumb up in front of your face and focus on it. Now shift your focus to an object at a distance. Shift focus again back to your thumb and again, all the way to the distance object - repeat 10 times. This Eye Yoga movement is a great hack to regain quick focus of your near - far adjustment.

Every hour, take 20 seconds to blink fast 5-10 times. This process and rapid eye blinking re-hydrates your eyes, increases tear production rate, and simply, helps you concentrate. How great is that for the long days of work-from-home?
