It’s normal to not feel hungry when recovering from a disease. But eating well is key to healing and regaining strength.

Begin with light, easy-to-digest meals like soups, khichdi, or porridge instead of heavy foods.

Dehydration can dull your hunger. So sip warm water, coconut water, or clear broths throughout the day.

Stay Hydrated

Try eating every 2–3 hours in small portions to wake up the appetite signals.

Even small portions can go long way. So go for protein-rich foods, fruits, and veggies. Eggs, dals, yogurt, or chicken help repair tissues and rebuild strength faster.
