The monsoon season is a pleasing break from the heat, but it also brings its own health problems, such as humidity and an increased risk of getting sick. But here are some tips to help you stay safe during monsoon.

A balanced diet ensures that your body receives the vital nutrients to keep your immune strong. Fruits, vegetables, and nuts are rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that can help shield your body against infections.

Always wash your hands for at least 25 seconds, especially before eating. Avoid using dirty hands to touch your face during the monsoon season as the danger of contracting waterborne illnesses is higher.
