Have a quiet place to study that is clutter-free and avoid distractions from smartphones and other technological devices. Creating this type of space will enable students to stay focused and complete assignments more efficiently.

Create a Distraction-Free Study Space

Having a regular sleep pattern, or sleeping at least 8 hours a night, has been shown to support brain function. It alsp improves memory and the ability to focus.

Follow a Consistent Sleep Routine

When studying, break into twenty-five (25) minutes of focused study and take a short break after completing that session. This method regularly been shown to improve attention and reduce mental fatigue.
