Haldi is packed with curcumin, a natural antioxidant and anti-inflammatory compound. It helps keep the brain sharp, joints flexible, and the heart strong.

Garlic is known for controlling blood pressure, lowering cholesterol, and strengthening the immune system. Eating a few raw or lightly cooked cloves daily can protect the heart and help the body fight infections.
