Rubbing your hands together to generate warmth, gently place the palms of your hands over your eyes. Take deep breaths. This is a great way to relax tired eyes or relieve stress-induced strain.

Gently roll your eyes making sure to go clockwise first and then counterclockwise. For the best improvement, repeat this 5–10 times every day. This exercise allows your eye to become more flexible and coordinated.

Every 20 minutes, look away from your device and find something that is 20 plus feet away. Gaze on that object for 20 seconds. This allows the ciliary muscles to ease and helps to eliminate digital eye strain.

Hold your thumb close to your neck. The thumb will be the object you focus on. Now look at something in the distance instead without losing focus. Repeat this ten times. This allows your eye lens to adjust quickly.
